After 10 minutes, those who had listened to Mozart‘s piece experienced a drop in blood pressure of 4 mmHg compared to 2 mmHg among the group who listened to popular music.

The scientists believe that classical music’s tempo matches the human heartbeat, which helps ease anxiety and depression.
